Three-dimensional (3D) photolithography (also known as "3D optical lithography") is a novel printing technology that enables 3D photolithographic patterning at ultra high resolution. It is a perfect method for fast prototyping.

Equipped with a laser source, RotaLab's 3D photolithography systems allow to write on all type of substrates (e.g. semi-conductor, glass, polymer, crystal, thin-film...etc.) and fully compatible with most of the commercially available photoresists.
