FILM APPLICATORS

Film applicators (also known as "tape casting film coaters" or "doctor-blade film coaters") provided by RotaLab are designed to produce various films with consistent thickness by using micrometer adjustable applicators or fixed thickness applicators. Functional properties of our tape casting coaters include the production of coating slurry by mixing small batch of chemical and compound, and continuous coating for battery electrode sheets for battery research labs.
