The PTS-1-SR is a powerful IV Testing and Spectral Response (SR) measurement system. It can be upgraded to include Quantum Efficiency (QE), Internal Quantum Efficiency (IQE), Incident Photon to Converted Electron (IPCE) and Constant Photocurrent Method (CPM) measurements.
